I spent 15 years in advertising and marketing building brands for Fortune 500 companies and working with creative teams around the world. I was good at it. But I was building for profits, not for people, and definitely not for myself.
So I left. And I built something different. Something rooted in authenticity, purpose, and soul-aligned strategy.
Now I help women build brands that actually fulfill them. I combine 15+ years of hands-on brand strategy & creative development expertise with somatic practices and astrology, because I've learned that the inner work and the outer work aren't separate. And they never were.

This is my belief: the knowing is already inside of you. My job is to help you slow down & open up enough to hear it. That's a deeply human process, and it always will be.
I do not use AI in my 1:1 or class work.Â
This program is built on an inner authority & human-first approach. I believe the wisdom you need is already within you, we just create the conditions for you to access it. All teaching, guidance, responses, and support you receive from me are entirely my own.
I do not use AI to create imagery, content, or interpret your information.
Every word you read from me, in this program, in my content, in our sessions, comes from my own experiences, voice, and hard-won knowledge. Whatever we speak about is never run through any AI program to interpret or provide information.
I use AI to transcribe our sessions so I can be fully present with you.
I use Zoom AI Companion to transcribe meetings so I can give you my complete, undivided attention instead of splitting my focus to take notes. The transcription stays with me to summarize & share with you as needed. It is never used to train AI or shared externally.
I use AI to help me organize my teachings, not to create them.
I live with executive function challenges, and I use Claude as an organizational tool to help me structure and clearly present what I already know. Every thought, subject, and teaching in this program originates entirely from my own experiences and expertise. AI simply helps me lay it out in a way that's clear and accessible for you.Â
